Our answer is simple: a perfect blend, roasted a little lighter than you might think. We combine the best of two coffee profiles — a fuller-bodied, classic coffee with an exceptional texture, and a classic but more balanced coffee with a small dose of candied fruit that adds to the blend's complexity.
With a medium-brown roast rather than a dark one, we draw out plenty of nuance without compromising the syrupy, robust side you want in the ideal espresso. This coffee has been our signature since day one for good reason — it's flawless, and everyone loves it. A home run!
