Yes, you're allowed to love a good bold coffee, because yes, it exists.

We wanted to craft a blend for lovers of Italian-style coffee who want something robust — whether for a bold espresso, a large latte that keeps its coffee flavour, or a filter that really wakes you up. To avoid the bitterness overload this kind of profile can bring, we blend half and half with Brazilian and Central American coffee.

The result is a surprising balance. Bold without too much bitterness, a lovely texture, plenty of nuance, while keeping classic notes of toffee, toasted hazelnut and dark chocolate.
